Can I inspect the cars before I book?
Yes we encourage you to make a time with us to inspect our cars and discuss your requirements.

Are there two or three matching cars available?
Yes. We have a variety of vehicles to accomodate all requests.

Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. A minimum of 3 hrs per car is required.

Are the cars licensed by the Victorian Taxi Directorate?
Yes. All of our cars are licensed by the Victorian Taxi Directorate.

How many passengers is each car licensed to carry?
This varies depending on the vehicle(s) you have chosen as licensing dictates the number of passangers that each vehicle is allowed to accomodate. It is best to consult with us to ensure that you can accommodate all your passengers.

Do all drivers have a Vic Roads Driver’s Licence?
Yes. All our drivers are fully licensed.

Will the car I book be the one that arrives on the day?
Yes. The car that you book will be the vehicle which arrives on the day unless we have advised you previously of any changes to your booking.

Is there insurance cover?
Yes. All our vehicles are fully insured

Is there a contingency plan for mechanical failure?
All our vehicles have been updated with more modern running gear, ( modern engines and transmissions). We also have a car and driver  which is on stand-by in case of any unforseen mechanical failure. In the event of any breakdown (even if a replacement vehicle is used)  the portion of the booking for that vehicle will be refunded. 

Are cars heated and air-conditioned?
Yes all our vehicles are heated and fully air-conditioned.

Is there a late-night collection service?
Yes. We offer a late-night collection service at an additional charge.

How much is the deposit?
We usually require 10% of the booking to secure your booking.

Is there a surcharge for areas outside the metropolitan region?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss your location and we can then advise you of any additional surcharges.

Is there a charge for travel time to the first collection?
No. Your time starts when we agree to depart from the pickup location(s)

Are the cars clean and well maintained?
Yes. We encourage you to make a time to inspect our vehicles and discuss your requirements with us.
